d-Node’s Foundation opens access to critical data in regions with high needs.
By funding data collection on topics like soil pollutants, rural education, or demographic statistics, you help build a more transparent and informed world.
We use open-source technology to ensure that this data is accessible to everyone - enabling communities, researchers, journalists and decision-makers to take action.
Partnering with locally implemented actors offers you a true mean of collecting data, that is serving the ecosystem. You gain market intelligence, and so do local NGOs and economic stakeholders.
Social initiatives bring positive media exposure and improve the organization's image as a socially responsible. This can attract customers, investors, and talented employees who want to be associated with organizations striving to make a positive impact.
There is a huge data gap in underserved areas. This lack of information is a true issue for NGOs and social projects that can not afford to collect data for their operations. By supporting the collection of open-data, your impact is evolving with local ecosystems and communities.
In Ghana, children with autism face significant challenges due to limited access to specialized education and support resources. To address this, our partner is developing a data-driven application designed to help autistic children and their families. This app uses localized data to provide tailored educational content, therapy recommendations, and community support resources, all in a user-friendly, culturally relevant interface.
The collected data will be used to develop prototypes and collaborate with local educators and therapists to ensure the application meets the unique needs of these children. Your donation directly contributes to improving the lives of over 200 autistic children in rural and urban areas by giving them access to essential learning and developmental tools.
See the campaignIn many rural areas, farmers face invisible soil contamination that affects their crops and the health of their communities. Thanks to your donation, we will be able to fund data collection on soil pollutant levels, identifying critical zones and informing agricultural cooperatives, local authorities and NGOs.
We hope to shed the light on soil pollutants issues in Ghana, and provide support to our local data Provider partner. Our goal? Advocate for implementation of soil remediation policies, improving agricultural production for over 500 families and improve food security. These data will be freely available to be used in other regions.
